At Relief Helping Hands Foundation, we don’t just give food — we give presence. Every morning, we light the fire in our community kitchen not just to cook, but to care. Our volunteers prepare warm, fresh, sattvic meals that are packed and delivered across slum areas, footpaths, government hospitals, and labour settlements.
On other days, when a meal isn’t enough, we bring entire ration kits — rice, flour, dal, oil, salt — to families who’ve lost jobs, homes, or the will to ask for help.
Every packet we hand out, every plate we serve, is wrapped in more than food. It carries dignity. It carries humanity. And it carries your support.
Because when you sponsor a meal, you’re not donating calories — you’re telling someone, “You are not forgotten.”
Daily Meal Distribution
Our ambulance service is available 24/7 for underprivileged individuals in and around Mumbai who need to be rushed to hospitals but cannot afford transport. We prioritize speed, dignity, and safety — regardless of the patient's caste, religion, or income.
Ration Kit Outreach
We identify families in crisis — whether due to illness, disability, widowhood, or sudden job loss — and provide them with monthly ration kits. These kits help them survive when they’re unable to afford even the basics.
Festival & Seasonal Drives
During Diwali, Ramzan, Holi, and winter months, we organize special drives to distribute sweets, fruits, warm meals, and blankets — ensuring that joy and warmth reach even the most forgotten homes.
Emergency Response in Disasters
We’ve witnessed countless abandoned patients — mentally unstable, homeless, or simply forgotten. When no family, hospital, or authority is willing to take responsibility, our team steps in. We take them to shelters or ensure they receive basic treatment — because no one deserves to be left on the street in pain.
